My wife, Jennifer, and I have wished for “something to do” around Sallisaw for adults—who just want to be themselves. Maybe meet some people or maybe not. Hear some gentler music that doesn’t demand listening to or talking over.
I read a post on FB Wednesday (yesterday, Oct 30) that voiced a similar frustration. I am appreciative of Aroma’s, ICTC, Sequoyah County Times, and Mix 105.1. Each helped this come together on less than a moment’s notice.
Our city is struggling in a few areas, but we also have some wonderful strengths. Please join me. It is free.
